SIV Impact Thesis
Our projects provide opportunities to previously under-served social groups so that anyone, regardless of their gender, place of birth, socioeconomic environment or age can have access to a sustainable community life.
Our mission is to invest in social infrastructure that creates the foundations for green, inclusive and sustainable communities with a focus in children and women as the mos vulnerable groups.
Developing and investing in climate-resilient, green and low-cost housing and social infrastructure in Africa’s secondary cities is essential to reduce the existing housing gap, absorb the expected population growth and influx of migrants, enable social mobility, reduce inequality, promote green and climate resilient building, and boost regional economic activity.
SIV seeks to improve access to quality, affordable, green and inclusive housing and social infrastructure in secondary cities to support regional economies, promote disadvantaged groups, reduce gender disparities, child protection and promote sustainable development
