Saliou has 14 years of experience in real estate development, where he held a position in the Finance and legal department before becoming the Managing Director of Mixta Senegal to successfully roll out an affordable housing project of 1.200 units in Dakar and position the Company as one of the major market leaders. He joined SIV in 2021 as Senior Advisor.

His deep knowledge of the real estate industry in West Africa and his critical analysis of the different market segments pushed him to be a regular invited member of the Investment Board Committee.

Before that, as a Chartered Tax Expert, He worked in the Advisory services in Dakar and Paris for five years for PricewaterhouseCoopers and led numerous strategic missions for multinationals within WAMU/OHADA member States. Saliou started his professional career as a tax assistant at LVMH (the worldwide leading company in the luxury industry).

Saliou Hold a Bsc in Tax and Business Law from Reims University and a Msc in Tax and Management from Paris Business School (ex ESG) and certifications in accounting, corporate strategy from HEC Paris.
