She represented governments, sovereign wealth funds and state-owned enterprises on complex finance transactions and litigation. Tatiana has also worked in big corporate companies worldwide as a senior legal counsel focusing on infrastructure project finance, acquisition finance and general corporate lending from the perspective of the guarantor. Tatiana has a strong global experience, having worked and lived in Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Central America and Africa.
