Fleur has over 15 years’ experience in shaping financial markets for SMEs and low-income segments with a gender lens in Asia and Africa. Prior to joining Cardano Development, Fleur was CEO of the Human Cities Coalition (HCC) from 2016-2018, a sustainability initiative led by Akzo Nobel, where she set up a global consortium on inclusive and sustainable cities. Before HCC she worked in global health and served as Director for the Female Cancer Programme from 2004-2011 and with PharmAccess Foundation from 2011-2016 as a Senior Business Development Manager. She started her career at the European Parliament as special assistant to a Parliament Member.
