We, the members of the African Union for Housing Finance (AUHF), urge our governments to:
1. Enforce the shift towards adopting more sustainable and environmentally friendly housing construction, servicing, and maintenance practices, leading by example in finding affordable ways to commit to net zero targets in the housing and human settlements sectors, as well as in their own impact on the built environment through government buildings and other infrastructure.
2. Incorporate appropriate and affordable standards for socially and environmentally sustainable housing in policy, regulatory and financial frameworks at national and local level, paying special attention to sustainable infrastructure and land management frameworks.

Nous, les membres de l'Union africaine pour le financement du logement (AUHF), exhortons nos gouvernements à :
1. Renforcer la transition vers l'adoption de pratiques de construction, d'entretien de logements plus durables et respectueuses de l'environnement, en donnant l'exemple en trouvant des moyens abordables de s'engager à atteindre des objectifs nets zéro dans les secteurs du logement et des établissements humains, ainsi que dans leur propre impact sur l'environnement bâti par le biais des édifices gouvernementaux et d'autres infrastructures.
2. Incorporer des normes appropriées et abordables pour un logement socialement et écologiquement durable dans les cadres politiques, réglementaires et financiers aux niveaux national et local, en accordant une attention particulière aux infrastructures durables et aux cadres de gestion des terres.
